Pachypodium lamerei belongs to the Apocynaceae family and is native to Madagascar; it is therefore called "Madagascar Palm" or "big foot" due to its large, succulent trunk.
It is distinguished by its robust, thorny trunk, above which stands a tuft of lanceolate, intense green leaves.
It requires good indirect light exposure and a well-draining substrate.
Avoid waterlogging. Allow the substrate to dry between waterings.
