PAYMENTS

The first payment is made upon activation of the subscription plan and automatically renews every 30 days. You can cancel or modify (downgrade or upgrade your plan) at any time from your personal area. Remember to cancel or make changes before the subscription renews.

PRODUCT SHIPPING

1. After subscribing, your benefits will start on the first available Tuesday.
2. Upon subscribing to the Premium membership, you will receive an email with a discount code to use for free shipping on your order.
3. Shipping of products included in the subscription (baby plants and substrates) is always free. The Premium subscription plan includes one additional free shipping every month to use for your purchases.
