Orders are shipped via BRT or Poste Italiane courier.
For the safety of the plants, orders are dispatched from Monday to Wednesday to ensure they are not kept inside the packaging longer than necessary. Orders placed on Wednesday will be dispatched starting from the following Monday.
Plants are packed with care and attention using special, recycled, and eco-friendly packaging.

Return Policy
An item can be returned within fourteen days of its receipt.
Any issue related to a product must be immediately reported to customer support: within and no later than 24 hours from the receipt of the order.
Conditions of returned products
Products intended for return must be in perfect initial condition; they must not be damaged, spoiled, or used.
They must also be complete with all expected accessories (labels, tags, seals) and be carefully packaged using their original packaging.
Products excluded from return
- Personalized products.
- Products in the 'adopt a plant' section.
- Products defined as 'perishable goods' (plants).
Return procedure
For the return to be examined, it is necessary to fill out the return form and send it via email to info@tropical-corner.com.
Refunds
After examining and approving the return, the refund will be processed within fourteen days.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
The refund includes payments made by the consumer (items and standard shipping), excluding additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the standard one offered.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The customer will ship using the return label provided by the seller: autonomously generated return labels without authorization will not be accepted.
Exchanges and store credit
Item exchanges are organized as a return procedure with a subsequent new order, managed independently by the customer and at their expense.
The return is free only if the refund is issued in the form of a store credit.
Order processing times
All orders are processed within 1-4 business days of receipt. Order processing times may vary based on order volume, product availability, or logistical factors. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. To ensure maximum safety and well-being of the plants during transport, shipments are made exclusively from Monday to Wednesday. This choice prevents plants from staying too long inside packaging or remaining in depots over the weekend. Orders placed from Wednesday onwards will therefore be dispatched starting from the following Monday.
Shipping times
The buyer can select two different shipping methods during checkout based on their preferences:
- Standard Shipping: after the order processing times indicated above, delivery is expected in 2-5 business days.
- Express Shipping: after the order processing times indicated above, delivery is expected in 24/48 hours.
The indicated delivery times are estimated and not binding.

Plant packaging and protection
- Packaging: our plants are packed with the utmost care to ensure they arrive at their destination in perfect condition.
- Eco-sustainability: we are committed to reducing the environmental impact of our online shop. For this reason, some of our packaging is recycled and reused. This way, we reduce the production of new packaging.
Order tracking information
- Tracking number: after the order is processed, you will receive the tracking number via email to monitor the delivery status through the courier's website. The tracking may not be immediately active, as it requires technical time (at the carrier's responsibility) for updates.
Customer availability
The customer undertakes to be available and operational during the delivery hours and days. Failed delivery attempts due to recipient absence or similar reasons will be the responsibility of the customer. The customer also undertakes to collect the goods, available for collection at the delivery points entered by the customer, promptly and appropriately. It is also specified that the courier, during delivery, has no obligation to give notice (telephone call) in any way.
