Hoya belongs to the Apocynaceae family and is native to Southeast Asia.
The Krohniana "Eskimo" variety has fleshy, thick, teardrop-shaped leaves of a light mint green that becomes increasingly silvery as the leaves mature.
It prefers a very bright, indirect exposure and a well-draining substrate.
In late spring, its "waxy" flowering is spectacular, with very fragrant flowers and incredible colors. To stimulate flowering, light is one of the most important factors.
Hoya Krohniana "Eskimo" produces round, white flowers with a pastel yellow interior.
