Hoya Compacta "Hindu Rope" belongs to the Apocynaceae family and is native to Southeast Asia.
It has fleshy, thick, intricate, and curled leaves, deeply intertwined, forming a wonderful "rope" cascade.
It prefers bright, indirect light and a well-draining, light substrate.
In late spring, its "waxy" bloom is spectacular, with very fragrant flowers and incredible colors. To stimulate flowering, light is one of the most important factors.
