Hoya belongs to the Apocynaceae family and is native to India and southern China.
The Australis "Blondie" variety has round, fleshy, thick leaves with prominent cream-colored variegation.
What also makes Hoyas unique are their inflorescences, with flowers described as "waxy," very fragrant, and incredibly colorful. The most important factor for encouraging flowering is light. Hoyas require good indirect exposure.
They prefer a well-draining substrate.
