Hoya belongs to the Apocynaceae family and is native to Asia.
Its elongated leaves are distinguished by their silvery variegations.
In late spring, its "waxy" bloom is spectacular, with highly fragrant flowers in incredible colors. One of the most important factors for encouraging flowering is light.
It prefers indirect diffused light and a light, well-draining substrate.
Hoyas also respond well to semi-hydroponic cultivation.
