Hoya belongs to the Apocynaceae family and is native to India and Southern China.
The "Chouke" variety is a hybrid (Serpens X Carnosa) and has rounded, pointed leaves of an intense and shiny green.
What makes Hoya unique are also its inflorescences, with "waxy" flowers, very fragrant and with incredible colors. The most important factor to encourage flowering is light. Hoya indeed require good indirect exposure.
They prefer a well-draining substrate.
