The aquarium substrate is a complete and active substrate, rich in minerals and slow-release nutrients.

It is excellent for rooting cuttings in semi-hydroponics. It quickly promotes strong expansion of the plant's root system. The light micro-granules allow good water and oxygen circulation around the roots, maintaining the high humidity level necessary to stimulate root growth.

It is a valid alternative to sphagnum moss or perlite for the same cutting rooting functions.

Furthermore, it stimulates vegetative recovery, reactivating plants that have been dormant and "stuck" for some time. In a few days, the plant will be stimulated to produce new leaves and new roots.
